The document will go over prohibited structures, rules about sheds, play structures, swimming pools. The rules also cover appearance restrictions, yard and lawn care standards, building exterior standards, vehicle information, antennas, architectural control, trash cans, and homeowner responsibilities.

If you are making any exterior changes to your home such as exterior painting or alterations, new roofing, room or patio additions, fencing, landscaping, etc., please follow Pinellas County codes, ordinances, laws, and permitting.
